Terms of Service
These Terms describe the baseline rules for using DataTidy. The product is currently a V0 public-data workflow for Google Maps local business tables, CSV exports, guide pages, and early account surfaces. Additional terms may be added as billing, subscriptions, credits, APIs, or team features are introduced.
Use of the service
DataTidy provides tools and content for reviewing public local business information, shaping clean tables, and exporting data for legitimate local merchant research. You are responsible for the searches you run, the data you export, and the downstream use of that data.
Acceptable use
- Do not use DataTidy to bypass access controls, logins, paywalls, or rate limits.
- Do not collect hidden, private, sensitive, or unlawful information.
- Do not abuse, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not use exports for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive outreach.
- Respect source terms, platform policies, and applicable laws.
Exports and compliance
CSV exports and Google Maps contact details are tools for local business review, not permission to contact every record. Verify important data, keep source links, and follow consent, anti-spam, privacy, and industry rules before outreach or enrichment.
Availability and changes
DataTidy may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. Features, limits, prices, examples, and documentation may change over time.
